1. HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN INTERPRETER?

To schedule an interpreter, call our office, send an email request, or use our Contact Us link.

2. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO REQUEST AN INTERPRETER?

Although we can handle last minute requests (for OPI and VRI mainly), it is preferable to make your request with a minimum of 24 hour notice.

3. WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO SUBMIT WHEN REQUESTING AN INTERPRETER?

The staff will need the language the interpreter is needed for, billing information, the date, time, and location the interpreter will need to report, the phone number (for OPI) or the online link to be used (if VRI), the name of the LEP (Limited English Person) and the name of the English speaker the interpreter will be interpreting for.

Pricing varies depending on the service is being requested, language and requested delivery date.
